Federal Member for Chifley, Ed Husic, visited the Link-Up (NSW) office in Ropes Crossing. CEO Janelle Clarke introduced Mr Husic to our Chairperson Lizzie May, Members of the Board and Link-Up staff. She told Mr Husic Link-Up is looking forward to working with the MP and other community stakeholders to build on our programs and develop new strategies to strengthen our capacity to provide Aboriginal people with the culturally-safe services they need to get back with their mob.

We would like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which we work and live. We pay respect to our Elders past and present and to our fellow Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. We also acknowledge our Stolen Generation and the pain that will never go away, but for a better future we must move forward for our family and our younger generations to come. We are one with our heritage and culture, we are a part of Mother Nature.
